1. Check the availability


Message us through/via our website contact form or Instagram to know which room is available or make an appointment to visit the share house.

If you are interested in a particular room, we can also inform you on its availability.

If you want to book a room without visiting the share house first, you can move directly to step 3.


2. Visit the share house


We will come to pick you up at the closest train station (Kawaguchi station).

The share house is open for visits from 10 am to 8 pm, Monday to Sunday.


3. Reserve a room


Use the contact form to let us know which of the available rooms you would like to move into and when.

We will send you a form within 2 days that you need to fill in and send back to us.


4. Approval


Within 2 days, we will contact you to approve or decline your request. If you are already in Japan, we may have an interview.

It’s a small share house and we really value the peace and harmony inside the share house.


5. Contract and payment


After receiving approval you will be required to pay 1 months fee (if the month has already started it will be prorated) + 10,000 Yen deposit. It can be paid by bank transfer or PayPal.

Once the payment is confirmed your room will be fully reserved.

If the payment cannot be confirmed within 3 days after your approval the reservation will be canceled.

6. Move in


The contract as well as the share house rules will be signed on the day of your arrival.

You will then be given your key, information about the house and check your room condition.

The move in time is between 10am and 8pm.

Message us via the website contact form or through Instagram to inform us about the time you wish to stay and the number of persons.

We will reply to you within a day and inform you of the availability of the rooms and pricing.

2. Fill in the registration form


If you are satisfied with the quote we provided you, we will send you the reservation form by mail.

Please fill in the form and send it back to us so that we can confirm your reservation.


3. Payment


After receiving the reservation confirmation e-mail, you will need to make the payment within 3 days by bank transfer or PayPal.

If the payment can't be confirmed within 3 days, the reservation will be cancelled.

Once the payment is received, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that your room has been successfully booked.


4. Check-in


Please let us know what time you wish to check in, if needed we can come and pick you up at the nearest station (Kawaguchi station). Upon arrival, we will give you details regarding the house rules and facilities.


5. Check-out


Let us know what time you wish to check out. You may leave once your room has been inspected and the keys have been given back to us.

Cancellation Policy


Within 7 days of arrival a 50% fee will be charged.

If cancelling 24 hours or less of the reservation 100% of the deposit will be forfeit.
